At SJB Classic Cars we are delighted to have completed our first Miura restoration since SJB was founded just over 2 years ago.
The Miura is the quintessential supercar. Beguilingly handsome with its Marcello Gandini designed body combined with the awesomely powerful transversely mount 3929cc Lamborghini V12 producing 350 PS (257 kW; 345 hp). In 1966 it truly was a ground-breaking car, this mid/rear-engined supercar set a new bar for performance cars and heralded the start of the Italian supercar supremacy battle.
Our clients Miura (body type P400) has been a challenging but enjoyable restoration throughout, as we have meticulously conducted a 'from bare metal rebuild', we have met these tests to our skills and expertise with commitment and pride. Hopefully these images provide an insight into the work SJB has done, demonstrating our eye for detail, the planning, and the engineering excellence that has resulted in producing a restored car of the highest order making our customer a very happy man!
"I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the work Simon and Dean have conducted on my Miura. It is like new now and I am amazed at how beautiful a fully restored car can look!!
